Do I need to be a technician?
No. The pages are written in plain words and the Guide takes you straight where you need to go. If something doesn't work, the page tells you why and what to do.
How much does it cost?
You see it right away in the Configurator: choose what you need and the price is calculated automatically, with no surprises. With the Network, advertising can pay for the station.
I already have a station: can I move it to RSN?
Yes. Bring your music, your name and your audience: we give you the site, player, studio and everything else.
Who helps me if I have a problem?
We at RSN do: you call us, write to us on WhatsApp or by email, and a person answers you, in your language. In the dashboard there's always the Guide with fixes for the most common problems.
What if something stops?
The stream is checked every 5 minutes and we warn you right away by email. The Guide has a “Common problems” section with the fix for each case.
